In Keres, the Acoma language, Y'aak’a means "corn". Corn was farmed by the people of Acoma in the valley beneath our 367-foot mesa for centuries. It has sustained us for hundreds of years and is intertwined with our religious ceremonies and art. Enjoy our diverse menu and welcoming atmosphere.
